The TELUS Sales Summit is our annual global gathering of team members (sales and sales support) from TELUS Business Solutions, TELUS Health, TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods, TELUS Partner Solutions, and TELUS Digital.

The 2026 Sales Summit will be held in Vancouver, Canada, from January 21-22. Please hold these dates in your calendar - more details are coming in September.

Attendance is by invitation only and is reserved for B2B sales team members, select leaders outside of sales, TELUS leadership and event sponsors. Invitations are non-transferable.

Sales Summit is an amazing opportunity to connect with your peers across business units, align on strategy for the upcoming year, learn from incredible guest speakers, and celebrate our success. Your presence is mandatory unless there is a significant reason that prevents you from attending.

TELUS will coordinate flights and hotel bookings on your behalf once registration opens. Please do NOT book your own travel (air or hotel).

We’ll provide specific arrival and departure dates based on your region when registration launches. In general, the program runs from January 21-22. Pre-approved travel dates will be clearly outlined.

Yes – TELUS will cover your flights, hotel, meals, beverages, local transportation, and all official program activities during the conference. Please note that personal expenses, including meals or outings outside of the scheduled program, as well as travel outside the approved dates, will not be reimbursed.

Yes - this can be charged back to your home cost centre.

Yes – TELUS will cover meals, beverages and local transportation throughout the Summit. Please note that personal expenses, such as meals or outings outside of the scheduled program, will not be reimbursed.

Yes, but this must be done at the time of registration and you are responsible for any additional costs related to personal travel. 

The dress code for Sales Summit is business casual for all events except the gala, which is cocktail or formal attire.

Yes - the agenda includes dedicated time for networking, celebration and fun. It’s a great opportunity to connect across teams and geographies.
