This isn’t just another leadership meeting. Leadership Summit is our chance to step back from the urgent and focus on the transformational moves that will truly change the game. By coming together in person, we’ll create the space to think strategically, innovate together, and build the clarity and alignment our teams need to move faster, execute with focus, and deliver extraordinary results. 

Attendance is by invitation only and is reserved for select B2B leaders. Invitations are non-transferable.

Leadership Summit is an incredible opportunity to connect with your peers across business units, and work together to set the strategic foundation and execution plans that will fuel market-leading growth in 2026 and beyond. Your presence is mandatory unless there's a significant reason that prevents you from attending.

TELUS will coordinate flights and hotel bookings on your behalf.

The program runs from January 20-22. International travellers may need to depart their home cities prior to January 20 to account for longer travel times. Pre-approved travel dates are outlined in registration.

Yes – TELUS will cover your flights, hotel, meals, beverages, local transportation, and all official program activities during the conference. Please note that personal expenses, including meals or outings outside of the scheduled program, as well as travel outside the approved dates, will not be reimbursed.

Depending on your citizenship, you may need a visa or other official travel documentation to enter Canada. It is your responsibility to review the requirements and obtain a visa or other travel documentation. Yes - this can be charged back to your home cost centre. 

All attendees will be staying at a hotel arranged by TELUS in downtown Vancouver. Specific hotel details will be shared in the weeks leading up to the event.

Yes, but this must be done at the time of registration and you are responsible for any additional costs related to personal travel. 

The dress code is business casual.

Any required pre-work (if applicable) will be shared closer to the event.

Travel Documents

Depending on your country of residence, and the country that issued your passport, you may need a visa or other travel documents to enter Canada, and it’s your responsibility to secure them.
