The program runs from January 20-22. International travellers may need to depart their home cities prior to January 20 to account for longer travel times. Pre-approved travel dates are outlined in registration.

Yes – TELUS will cover your flights, hotel, meals, beverages, local transportation, and all official program activities during the conference. Please note that personal expenses, including meals or outings outside of the scheduled program, as well as travel outside the approved dates, will not be reimbursed.

Depending on your citizenship, you may need a visa or other official travel documentation to enter Canada. It is your responsibility to review the requirements and obtain a visa or other travel documentation. Yes, but this must be done at the time of registration and you are responsible for any additional costs related to personal travel.
