Tobias started his career in digital media at AOL, holding a variety of leadership roles, including General Manager of AOL, Local and Vice President of AOL International, based in London. Following AOL, Tobias co-founded Leads.com, a pioneering search agency that was acquired by Web.com in 2005. In 2009, Tobias co-founded WillowTree, unifying the often disparate disciplines of strategy, design and engineering to partner with clients to meet their ambitious digital transformation goals. He grew the company from a few people passionate about the emerging Apple store ecosystem to a globally distributed team of more than 1,100 craftspeople.
Tobias is the author of the Wall Street Journal best seller “Sound of the Future” about the impending age of voice powered AI. He holds a BSE in Finance (Wharton) and a BSE in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
Tobias lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his wife and four children. There, he serves on the Thomas Jefferson Foundation Board, which manages Monticello in Charlottesville, as well as on the Board of WillowTree.

Jamie is a results-driven leader with experience scaling teams through multiple acquisitions. Her accomplishments include 2500% topline growth by orienting teams to deliver client business value and implementing rigorous metrics tracking and management, while maintaining a 70 client NPS. In her current role, she designed and implemented a new operating model, including the development of practice area strategies with associated staffing models, interaction models, and account planning. Tobias started his career in digital media at AOL, holding a variety of leadership roles, including General Manager of AOL, Local and Vice President of AOL International, based in London. Following AOL, Tobias co-founded Leads.com, a pioneering search agency that was acquired by Web.com in 2005. In 2009, Tobias co-founded WillowTree, unifying the often disparate disciplines of strategy, design and engineering to partner with clients to meet their ambitious digital transformation goals. He grew the company from a few people passionate about the emerging Apple store ecosystem to a globally distributed team of more than 1,100 craftspeople.
Tobias is the author of the Wall Street Journal best seller “Sound of the Future” about the impending age of voice powered AI. He holds a BSE in Finance (Wharton) and a BSE in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
